Did you know that 53 million masks are ending up in landfill everyday and only 10% of people in the UK wear reusable face masks?
That is why BaNES Youth Forum has come up with a campaign to combat mask waste in Bath and North East Somerset.
Our campaign is a mask competition, where you make your own mask and submit it to: banesmaskcompetition@gmail.com
Rules of the competition
- Make a mask (or decorate your own mask)
- Take a photo and submit all entries to banesmaskcompetition@gmail.com
- The masks will be judged by the public via a survey
- The start date is the March 15th and last submissions on the April 4th
- Voting begins on the April 5th
and ends on the April 12th
The winner will receive a gift voucher, with runners up receiving certificates.
